Breakfast at Phi Hotels

In the "Sala delle Volte," you'll find a buffet with a wide selection of freshly prepared items every day: high-quality baked goods, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams, and preserves. We highlight some typical local products such as the cheeses, Montasio and Asiago, Soppressa from Veneto and Prosecco and traditional recipes, alongside local, plant-based, and "free-from" options to satisfy all tastes and dietary habits, including those with specific dietary requirements. All this is accompanied by excellent coffee and a wide selection of hot and cold beverages.

Our buffet jams are special because they are purchased from the Cottolengo Monastery, which produces them for Phi Hotels. The initiative, called "Il buono che fa bene" reflects our commitment to guests' well-being. These jams contain only seasonal fruit, picked at its peak ripeness, untreated, and low in calories. This initiative also supports the common good, as Phi Hotels' purchase of the jams contributes to the sustenance of the Cottolengo Monastery.

To offer an environmentally and socially respectful breakfast service, we pay special attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste, and using sustainable local products with zero food miles.

The service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For guests needing to leave early, an Early Breakfast service is available.
